i have to tey and eat more, i no i need to loose a little weight but my problem is, i cant make myself eat if i dont feel hungry, sometimes i will have my dinner at night, and other times i dont need to eat 4 to days, any advice would be helpfull, thanks

When you eat, dont stuff yourselff so you are so full you wont eat anything else for the day. eat healthy foods and spread it out through the day. make a list of times where you want to eat. like 4-5 times during the day where you have time to eat, and eat thing. like 8am (bfast) 11am(lunch) 3(lun/din) 6(din) 9(bedtime snack). not exactly, but think of something where you can do something like that and try to get or hunger back. you need to force yourself to eat and get in the habbit of hunger. good luck.

It sounds like you might have a case of depression. It also sounds like a case or anorexia nervosa. In either case you need to see a doctor for help.

im confused, are you trying to lose weight or trying to eat more often and regularly?
