Tapers, patience and time.
You can find stretching kits online, but you can go to sites like www.bodyartforms.com and just order the tapers you need. Usually its not safe to just stick whatever you find into your ears, but your body will be quick to respond if it doesn't like what you've done.
Keep in mind that after a certain size, your ears may not go back to 'normal'. Stretching is a huge commitment and time is generally key. If you stretch to fast or skip gauges you can tear your fistula, rip your entire lobe, cause scarring and infections. That isn't likely to happen if you are careful.
For larger gauges (10g and larger) you have to use tapers and you are never to skip gauges. Once you get a taper, use a small amount of neosporin or antibacterial cream to 'lube' the taper and slowly insert it. It will hurt, but it shouldn't be too bad. If you see HEAVY bleeding, stop and remove the taper. The area will hurt and sting for a bit and may be slightly swollen or red. This is common, but should go down after 2-7 days, take Mortin for pain and swelling.
While the taper is in, your ears may get icky (kind of slimey, but its hard to explain). Use sea salt soaks every night for 10-15 minutes. I do a lot of stretching for others and have stretched my ears. I suggest leaving the taper in for at least 2 weeks and wait another 3-4 before going up to the next gauge. Its important to wait, especially when you get to larger gauges (0g and up) because your ear can get thin causing the lobe to rip and you might not see it until its too late.
That stuff is just really basic and just some helpful hints. Read the following page for some more information and you can always contact your local piercer with questions about stretching. Good luck.

You have to move up a size at a time it may hurt at first (depends on your pain tolerance)
You may have to put some anti-biotic ointment to put it in easy I don't know how big gage you have now.
I cleaned mine and put anti-biotic ointment on it at night

buy a screw sterilize it and stick it in your ear screw it every 2 weeks till it is the size that you want.make sure that it is a screw with a point, not a bolt that just has a flat end on it. and be sure that the screw has big enough grooves in it so it stays in your ear. (the bigger the screw the bigger the hole)

you can use plastic toothpicks, the long spike things, straws.. stay away from wood and metals that can rust. Remember to always clean your ears!
