If you want to do it in a healthy way, you should really consult your physician. There are so many health complications from rapid weight change. You may also want to test your thyroid hormone levels. There is a condition called hyperthyroidism, in which your thyroid gland produces too much hormone. Symptoms of hyperthyroidism include weight loss, increased appetite, fatigue, and restlessness.
Just read that you are a recovering anorexic. I applaud you for being so active in your recovery. Its a very difficult disorder to treat. If you are recovering from an eating disorder, your metabolism is all screwy. So, you definitely want to consult your physician and get a full physical when trying to gain weight.

Try lifting weights 3 times a week to build muscle weight. Along with eating the right foods and drinking plenty of water this should help you to gain at least 10 lbs. in 2 months.

Try to gain muscle mass instead of fat, you can do this eating protein (fish, chicken, meat, milk, eggs) and doing exercise, maybe lift some weights.
In your snacks try eating more like a cracker (carb) with cheese (protein) and a nut (fat) to balance it.
What I recommend the most is that you go tu a nutritionist so he/she can give you the right diet to gain weight, and try not no eat so much at night and then go to bed, I know you will gain weight fast but not in a healthy way.
Hope it helps

Don't worry so much about gaining weight because if you try and gain it by eating - That is just FAT. As long as you are eating healthy meals and getting excercise your body will be the size you are meant to be.... Work out more and get more mussle tone and you will weigh more but look good.
Enjoy being thin while you can and don't listen to other people saying you're too skinny - THEY ENVY YOU!

You should count your calories and try to eat close to 2000 healthy calories a day. You will gain weight. Drink water. Try weight training to build muscle. Muscle is dense so you can gain a few there. Good luck.

beware of fat free or zero trans fats foods as you could be trading fats for huge amounts of sugar or sodium

You need to get a physical. Hypoglysemia (low blood sugar) is one of many common reasons for rapid weight loss.

try eating high calorie, high nutrition foods and snacks. this will include things like nuts, peanut or nut butters, avacadoes, whole wheat pastas, sweet potatoes, dairy, drink smoothies all the time!! dried fruits are great, (try trailmix take with u everywhere) keep food with you all the time. good luck to you...and if i may advise...if you are young, i would not try too hard to gain, it will come naturally with age as your matabolism slows.
