Oh my God! I thought at first glance you were referring to the band Meat Loaf...
If you are really open to new things and if you don't know Meat Loaf classical rock band, I suggest you to eat meat loaf listening to Meat Loaf.
Try to listen to "Bat out of hell" album or "Couldn't have said it better" one. They're the best - you know.
Ah, I ain't from America, but from South A.
Anyway, good luck with the meals suggested here!

Things You'll Need
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
2 c. freshly made bread crumbs
butter (for greasing loaf pan)
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 lightly beaten eggs
2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 c. milk
1 finely chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
STEP 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. STEP 2: Butter a loaf pan and set aside. STEP 3: Combine bread crumbs, onion, eggs, beef, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, salt, ground pepper and milk in a large bowl. Use your hands to mix the ingredients together well. STEP 4: Pat mixture into the loaf pan and bake 45 minutes. Tips & Warnings
To make bread crumbs, cut the crusts off some white bread, then process in a food processor. That's it. (And they really are much better when you make them, as opposed to buying them in a can.)
For meat loaf with parsley and tomato, omit the Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Instead of milk, add 3/4 c. tomato juice and 1/4 c. minced parsley plus 1/2 tsp. crumbled basil. Cover with 3/4 c. tomato sauce and bake as directed.
If you like cheese in your meat loaf, try omitting the Worcestershire sauce and adding 1/2 c. grated cheese instead.
Bacon tastes great in meat loaf. If you'd like to add it, place four strips of uncooked bacon over the top of the loaf after you've patted it into the pan. Bake as directed.
Meat loaf, as everyone knows, makes fabulous sandwiches the next day.

Meatloaf is my husbands favorite dish. If you mix the hamburger with an egg, about 1/2 cup oatmeal and whatever spices you like then cook it like that for about an hour. After your hour, drain the fat off it. In a seperate bowl, mix a can of cream of mushroom soup with 1 can milk. Into that same bowl, add (cut up) mushrooms, red, yellow and green peppers 1/2 cup each and add to soup mixture. Pour over the top of now drained hamburger making sure it's totally covered. Bake for another hour and a half on 300.

We don't eat a lot of meatloaf, but a cheep meal my kids even love is to fry a pound of hamburger, and put it in a baking dish with corn and green beans. Then add mashed potatoes to the top. Bake until hot and then put cheese on top and put back in the oven until the cheese is melted. Make a little or a lot! it tastes good and it is filling!
