Frazier stops Evander in 7. Holyfield was super tough. Frazier had Thor's hammer hidden in his gloves. And WOMD in his left. Frazier belongs to the elite! Valhalla, the Gods! Smokin' Joe wins!!! By that 7th round stoppage I just mentioned!!!!

HOLYFIELD - W 40 (KO's 25) TF 50 - W pct 80% - KO pct 50% - wins over Bowe, Dokes, Douglas, Foreman, Holmes, Moorer, Qawi and Tyson[2] - KO'ed by Bowe and Toney (Evander was 40) - #77 ranked puncher - #22 ranked fighter
Won 1984 Olympic Gold medal at Lt Hywt
Good chin/heart/will - Like Ali and Holmes, he had fought and defeated some of the good fighters of his day
FRAZIER - W 32 (KO's 27) TF 37 - W pct 86% - KO pct 73% - wins over Ali, Bonavena, Ellis[2], Foster and Quarry{2} - KO'ed Ali and Foreman{2} - #39 ranked puncher - #42 ranked fighter
His fight trilogy with Ali may be the best in history
Won 1964 Gold Olympic medal at Hy wt
This would be a great bout. Can Holyfield's boxing skills overcome Frazier's pressure? What fighter has the greater will/heart? In this rousing, very enjoyable bout I pick Evander in a 15 rd majority decision.

Well in holyfields career he had trouble with fighters who put constant pressure on him and were good inside fighters -Dwight Qawi first fight, Bert Cooper first career knock down, Riddick Bowe. Joe Frazier in his prime was a Savage body puncher and holyfield does not seem to take body punches to well. (James Toney) also I don't think anybody could have beating frazier on the night he had his first fight with Ali. I mean he was just a juggernaut that night.
I'm picking Smokin Joe by Late stoppage.

Joe Frazier easily. Frazier went toe to toe with Ali a few time. Sure he lost, but stood his ground. Who has Holyfield gone up against? A worn-out broken Mike Tyson? Joe Frazier was a boxer when boxers really knew how to box.

I take Frazier in a decision, 15 round war, they both walk out the ring not being able to remember their names.

Smokin' Joe takes a hard fought SD. Both fighters take a beating. I agree with Brad we're looking at a trilogy in this match up.

This would be a war. They'd end up fighting a trilogy, with Evander winning two of the three.
