my 4 yr old son told his teacher that he gets spanked and now they are having this big abuse investigation.
i do not bet my kids. they get spanked when they do something that could potentially hurt them (running across the street with out looking, playing with the stove...)

CPS abuses their powers, spanking children does not hurt them, as long as you don't leave marks on your children. Spanking is not child abuse. In my opinion not spanking your children would be abuse because your failing to raise up your children in a respectable manner and teach them right from wrong but to spank a child who is unruly is teaching them Right from Wrong and any Social Services agency who says otherwise needs to be evaluated for mental issues. We spank our child, let a CPS worker come to my house and try to take my child, they will have a serious problem on their hands.

Depending where you live if they enter without a warrant you can shoot to kill. They may not entger without a warrant. Also spanking is not illegal. But CPS can and will make trouble for you.

When I was removed from my parents custody from cps they brought police. I dont know if it depends on the situation because my parents were criminals and they might of thought he would be of danger. So in my situation the police were present

I dont know, but they have no proof of anything anyways>>..Call the cops yourself and tell them what is going on. I think they should have some kind of proof and not rely on what a 4 year old says! I can ask my son if he saw a cat fly over the moon and he would say yes....

they did mine ! cause i told them i would shoot their a$$e's if they kept coming out to my house over b.s . they brought four car load's the next time. with in 72 hour's they brought them back saying they where sorry .the thing's that they were told were lie's cps will never use the good picture's they take to the judge just the bad one's to make them look good for checking on the kid's. make you look bad

They don't have to have police with them although around here, they will not remove children unless there were marks left. They would do a lot of investigating first.
