Good chin/heart/will - Like Ali and Holmes, he fought and defeated some of the greats of his era.
Holyfield is a great technical fighter. I think he will stand in the front of Louis thus allowing Louis to win by 9th rd TKO.

If Holyfield let's his warrior spirit take complete control he gets knocked out in round 12(you don't go toe to toe with the Brown Bomber). I believe Holyfield loses a split decision, and a very controversial one at that. I see this fight being similar to the first Louis/Walcott fight. Where the Brown Bomber gets the decision. But did he really deserve it?

Louis is rated by many as the best puncher in the history of heavyweight boxing. He is rated in the top 3 as best heavyweight in the history of boxing by many. I like Holyfield, Louis may not knock him out, but Louis would get the decision in this fight.

Holyfield Takes Joe appart in six rounds. To much technical ability.
However joe has a good chance to catch Holyfield if he stands in front of him.

I posed this question before.
This would be an easy victory for Holyfield, against the less skilled, smaller Louis.
