reveal himself unambiguously?

It's like when you talk to a four year old. You put ourself in his/her frame in order to communicate. You have to because they are unable to enter your frame.

Yes. Having said that, consider being God for a moment. You've placed the universe on auto-pilot and now you're bored. You notice that humans are gullible. Why not have some fun with your play station? In fact, go one further. Create a world where all the scientific evidence points away from your "inspired" religious dogma. Invent faith. Invent guns. Sit back and enjoy the show, I mean really... who needs Jerry Springer?

He is able... he is able but chooses not to... it's like telling your 4 year old not to cross the street... to them you are being mean and unreasonable but to you you are protecting them from harm... the 4 year old doesn't understand why we do what we do... just like we don't understand why God does what he does.

God wants you to search for him. It is to be free will, and a choice. If it was too obvious everyone (almost) would believe, and no one would prove themselves by making the choices to do good and to search.

Dont understand why compltely
