I tried all website you all suggested. Semarang is a small city in Indonesia. They don't deliver to this area. Only to big city like Jakarta, Surabaya and Jogyakarta.

Check out these sites. Didn't see any specific info about Semarang, but most likely, like many companies there, they will know someone who knows someone in the bunga business in Semarang.

Go online, just google 'flower deliveries', follow instructions, and then you can see if it is possible to that destination.
You pay with credit card, and usually you can pick the type of flowers you want. They will be delivered on the date you pick and usually you can also have the store fill out a card for you.
