how do you like stop some one from getting you chocolates now and then or some thing and be sweet to you,when you know you want that person only as a 'friend'.

please if you find the answer to this question let me know! i have been struggling with that same thing for years...i think if someone jsut wants to flirt with you, then as much as it might suck, theyre probably not going to be a real "friend" theyll always have the flirting thing @ the bakc of their minds

tell them the truth. that you value your friendship w/ him, but that his romantic interest in you is making you uncomfortable.... it'll sting a bit, but at least it'll help him move on and stop flirting w/ you
