i usually run a normal body temp ~98.6, but i've been feeling like crap recently, so i took my temp a couple minutes ago and apparently it's 95.8.. which looks freakishly low to me. i mean, i thought i might have a fever. what's going on?

are you sure you took ur temp right? just think-- anything can change a temp... it is possible to feel like crap, and not have a fever..... my temp usually runs about 96.5 --

if you tink u might have a fever, wrap up on a blanket sit down, relax.. rest is important.. sounds to me like u have a virus.. nothing major.. keep ur chin up! it will get better

Body temp can be affected by many things,it also cycles during the day & night in healthy people of all ages.With some "viral" sicknesses and "flu" adults will run a subnormal temp. Try increasing "hot"liquids like tea,soup,hot chocolate etc.Warm baths and cozy PJ's also help.If your temp elevates and your symptoms worsen,you can always call the Doctor. Take care. SW RNP
