How do I record mp4 files on to normal dvd that works in my DVD player?

Read the specs of your player. Will it play mp4 files? If not, you're wasting your time. If it will: go to zdnet.com and click on downloads. There are several free programs that will allow you to record mp4 files to CD or DVD.

I think you can use Windows Movie Maker.

You need DVD Burning software and a DVD burning Drive.
