A friend of mine has little black hairs on her arm. She said she had one, pulled it out and two grew back. any idea how to get rid of them???

Electrolysis for a permanent removal. Odd black hairs here and there happen due to hormones. She can just keep plucking them too, that is really all she can do.

I find this really strange. A few years ago I discovered a strand of black hair growing from my right shoulder, very strange indeed. Its still there now, and I have kinda gotten use to it but it still amazes me each time I look at it. My kids find it super strange lol.
