Sounds like you need to get your Thyroid checked. Do you have any trouble sleeping at night? That can be another sign that your Thyroid is out of wack. Doctors used to tell patients who were underweight to eat a large bowl of ice cream every night before they went to bed. I think that is very unhealthy though. Hopefully you are still getting all the healthy food in your diet while you are eating all that junk food. Good luck with it. I wish I could take some of your metabolism and give you some of my crappy metabolism in its place.

Your metabolism won't be at it's all time high for your entire life. Eventually, age will catch up with you some, unless you are just meant to be that way. Eat a lot of gravies with every meal, skip breakfast, eat late at night. Eating many meals a day is what keeps your metabolism high...lol...drink whole milk, sodas...you can add many calories by drinking them....use real butter(i do that no matter what, it's just better for you)...I don't see why you would want to do this though...

If you're really worried about your weight, talk to a dietician and doctor. If you really need to gain weight, the both will help you.

Try lifting weights and less cardio... muscle weighs more than fat... so sitting around isn't going to help... I hope this helps!!!
