Your kitty may just be fighting a bad cold, but it could also be something far more serious such as FIP.
I would take him back to the vet and tell them what's up. You say he's eating well and playing -- but is he still using the litter box? Have you noticed any other changes or symptoms? Write anything you notice down so you can give the vet the details.
Good luck!

Be sure to give all of the Clavamox (it's an antibiotic). If it's prescribed for 14 days, finish out the 14 days. If he's still sneezing and still has the eye discharge, give the vet another call. He may need to be on the antibiotic for another week.

For the people that didn't know...Clavamox is an antibiotic for kitties. Did they give you any of the eye salve that you have to put in their eyes? Make sure that you are not giving your kitty milk.Keep his eyes clean, use a warm cotton ball. Making sure that the kitten doesn't have the goop cake up around his eyes is really important. Good luck, he sounds pretty healthy otherwise. Also, please tell you vet that he isn't better yet, they may want to give him a leukemia test

If the discharge is colored it indicates a bacterial infection. ALL of the clavamox should be given to prevent any recurrance of infection. If the kitty's problem is in the eyes your vet may want you to use some eye salve or drops for a localized infection.

Please do no longer tackle a guilt holiday by ability of no longer giving the Clavamox. The URI the kitten picked up on the look after is viral in nature and not laid low with antibiotic. Vets purely supply the Clavamox to avert the opportunity of a secondary bacterial an infection. the terrific direction of action IMO is to enable the kitten's intestinal gadget have somewhat relax right this moment. in case you have a small syringe or maybe a watch dropper you may get some filtered water down him in the process the day and night to maintain him from getting too dehdyrated. you will be able to desire to call the ER vet and spot in the event that they have a can of a/d you will be able to desire to get for him. If no longer, get some point one Gerber toddler foodstuff - rooster or turkey could be terrific. It shouldn't contain any onion or garlic powder. you may supply him somewhat of this out of your finger or maybe smear somewhat around his mouth to get some thing in him. I even have on no account had a cat who had abdomen disenchanted with the Clavamox. whilst he's feeling somewhat greater powerful and eating returned you may start up up giving him those drops. attempt to no longer get too under pressure with this and revel on your holiday. in case you may get some water and somewhat foodstuff interior the kitten he would be okay for right this moment. If no longer, then he can see the vet the next day. The viral an infection is like human flu and could in many circumstances ascertain itself with time. The older cat will in all hazard no longer get too ill from it. constantly watch that the two cats are turning out to be some water and somewhat foodstuff. in the event that they do no longer consume for greater advantageous than 24 hours you ought to take them to the vet.

I would call your vet. Sometimes one medication doesn't work but another will, every cat is different. Also make sure he's upto date on vaccinations.
