I wouldn't know who you would contract, but I would suggest you contact firstly the bank, then the three credit bureau agencies.

You need to contact the bank itself. They will state what you need to do or what they need to do to get the negative activity removed from your credit.
If they do not have the account, some accounts are charged off and given to collection agencies, then you need to contact the bank and see if they can refer you to the collection agency they sold your account to.
If not then you need to pull your credit report and it will state what collection agency you have your account with and who you need to call.
