Get him out of your head! Go read a book or study. Do something to improve yourself and take FULL control of your life. Guys like girls who are confident, have good morals, and life long accomplishments/goals. If you have these things guys will be tripping over themselves for you.

First in-order to get noticed you have to make your self noticeable. First by doing so you try to get close to him meaning knowing his surroundings who his friends are. And no i don't mean on a personal level or stalking type thing just like on a friends sort of level. If you notice one of his friends at like this place walk up to them and be like hey Ive seen you around and try to become friends with them. Then when you see the guy you like try and walk with one of his friends that you already talked to and then try and get his friend to introduce you to him. Then be like oh ya Ive seen you around my name is_________ and yours is _______?
Then build your friendship from there. Ask for his msn email address and talk. Talk with him for a while and until your comfortable with him then ask for his number. Then when you get his number talk to him everyday be sweet. Eventually he will pick up the signals and eventually ask you out. And if he doesn't you ask him out. Not directly but ask him to go out with you to the movies. And he will go and then after that be like you know i had a really great time with you. He will be like ya me too. Then be like we should do this more often. he will be like how about lets go out. its so simple.
