Ok - about a week and a half ago I noticed I had some pain in my abdomen. It feels like it is in my back and sometimes does go straight across the small of my back. It is always on the left side. It does come and go and can be quit sharp and knock the wind out of me. I am also having serious gas pain and sometimes feel bloated. My mom who is an RN said to take a laxative (I have never ever taken one) so I did and the pain is not due to constipation because it is still here. I usually do not go to the doctors as I am very healthy but I am now worried to death! I will be making a Doc apt but would like to know if any one out there may have any idea what this may be. It is def not in my back muscles and I can feel my stomach bubbling at times. It feels like a sharp stitch. Thanks!

This is quiet common and will be very difficult to diagnose.
I am sure that you have back pain on your left side.
You also get headaches.
You may also have a tendency to burp or GERD( gastro-esophageal reflux).
If these are your symptoms no pain killer is going to help you.
You have an ileo-cecal valve problem. diagnosed by tenderness
about 2 inches above your appendix.
There is a homeopathic remedy ICV by KING BIO labs that will relieve this pain in 1 or 2 minutes.
Your ileo cecal valve has become a 2 way vlave instead of a 1 way vlave it is supposed to be. Things are backing up in your intestinal tract.
MDs will find nothing wrong with you and prescribe Nexium, prilosec, protonix or aciphex.
I am a pharmacist and I have seen many patients with this complaint.

Lower back would suggest a kidney problem, but its a guess;
Its definitely NOT your appendix!
