Our creator also created taste buds so that we can enjoy a variety of delicious and satisfying food. While we do need food for energy and to live, we can at least enjoy the foods we eat. How boring would it be if all foods tasted the same or had no taste at all?
How about our ability to see in color all the beautiful flowers there are? Did you ever see a sunset or a rainbow? How appealing would they be if we could not see them in color? God could have created us without all those things, but he loves us and wants us to enjoy life.
He also gave us intelligence and even though mankind at times misuses it, many good things come from our ability to learn and retain what we learn. Think about all the modern conveniences that have been invented that help us to better enjoy life. God created a marvelous thing called the brain and it is truly amazing. Our brain is like a mini-computer that can store volumes of information and never become overloaded.
Then we have our heart, which continues to work by itself, without our having to think about it.
There are so many good things we have to thank God for and he has promised us that soon all mankind will have the hope of living forever here on earth in peace and security, without wars, terrorism, sickness or death. Psalm 37:9-11, Psalm 46:9, Micah 4:3

While Adam and Eve had food to eat there's no proof that they HAD to eat to stay alive. And I don't recall reading that they needed to take a dump. Along with death, disease, and creatures devouring one another, these are things which alledgedly came about after the fall of man. It seems that before the fall, all of creation operated by a different set of physical laws altogether.

nicely, apart from conserving the steadiness of Nature, animals ought to have been created for different issues. I advise....what purpose is a cow? ought to the international save on going, if cows disappeared? And as for sheep, WHAT are they sturdy for? save the grass chewed down? i think that animals have been around way until eventually now guy grew to become into....yet i contemplate whether sheep and cows and horses have been around. Why are they right here? i think of the early animals have been only created to get Earth waiting for mankind. Oil, coal and stuff like that. And different creatures have been then created to maintain those alive, being foodstuff for them. And others, foodstuff for those, and others, foodstuff for those, etc. yet then, the question arises....if cows haven't any purpose....what approximately whales? nicely, i think whales are area of the eco gadget, conserving issues in stability....yet cows? what do they do...different than make quite some methane gas. (whew). enable's only say, that God created all creatures for the purpose of conserving the international going, and that consists of making use of them as foodstuff, for predators.....and people. maximum are someway tied into human survival, it type of feels. We deplete our fish hatcheries, and different issues die via fact of it, no longer only the fish. there's a great stability there. God needs us to apply the creatures of the international, in despite way we pick, and so we consume some, we use some for clothing, we use some for well-being, which includes honey bees....and those creatures of the previous, we nonetheless use, for gas.

Remember..the bible isn't to be taken literally. It's conceptual. The broader question is, what is perfection? Why aren't we perfect? Anyone that says something isn't perfect is basing that on judgement. Judgement is based on prejudice. We're all a little prejudiced. We all think so and so is a little fat or too thin. We think so and so is too ugly or too pretty. If you eliminate how you rate others and see them as their true spirit (because underneathe we're all the same) then we are perfect.

Well....if there was a god, I would assume he/she/it would give us the need to eat for survival based on population control of the species and plants.

Because if we couldn't eat, we couldn't enjoy the finer things in life. Like lasagna. Or ice cream.
