I have applied for an admin assistant position at a small law firm. I interviewed with two people: the lawyer's aid (I will be her assistant) and the law firm boss. It is a small firm and I know that if I send one the other will know about it. Can I send the same one and say thank you both or do I need to figure out something different to say to both?

Definitely send 2 letters!! They can be pretty similar, I don't think you should need to vary them too much

The more professional thing would be to send them both a Thank You letter. I would change it a little, but if you do decide to send the same letter, make sure you don't sign one and make a copy of it, that would be tacky.

Send each a thank you note. Do not make it exactly the same.
