I do. It is the way it used to be, and that is not just feminine, it is beautiful. I wish we would go back to those times.
Many will say the oposite because that is what the "culture" has become. But even without knowing you, I would boldly say that your long skirt makes you look not only decent, but beautiful.

No, not necessarily. I think it depends on the pants or skirt. If the pants or long skirt are form fitting (as opposed to baggy), and they show off the curves and shape of the lady, that is all you need to attraction the attention of most men.

Long skirts would be good for a bigger woman, pants for a smaller woman. I don't know the exact cutoff, maybe size 6 or 8?

If I go from my own opinion, I prefer nice fitting pants.
To answer your question more appriately I would say that each guy is diffrent, and looks at women diffrently. But the most important thing is to wear what you like and what you feel most comfy in, and when a guy likes that, he likes you for you :)

Of all first, I love the skirt!!! People inform me I have nice hip and legs but I still don't wear shorts

I really like long dresses. My bf loves the short ones. So my wardrobe is crammed w/ 1/2 and 1/2.
