Adam and Eve were created using an uncontaminated genetic code. Therefore, it was not incestuos for their offspring to reproduce.

As generations passed, the genetic code became flawed as sin infiltrated men's lives.

After the Levitical law was handed down through Moses and the prophets, did incest become an issue.
