He makes a little squeek noise from his anus whenever he strains himself jumping or whatnot. How can I cure this flatulance?

I feed my dog nothing by top of the line dog food. He doesn't get treats or human food (I'm an evil mommy, I know, but it's for his health). He's not even 3 years old, and the dog just farts ALL the time.
Some dogs, like boxers, just are known for flatulence.

Buy a better quality dog food, the kind in the grocery store are full of grains and fillers. You should go to a pet supply, feed store or the vet's office and purchase a good quality food, he will be happier and healthier, also, never feed people food to him. It is so bad for their digestive system.

No dairy products and ease up on the protein. Have his teeth cleaned more often.

lol mine does too. its so gross. my pit bull is so smelly when he farts. he has his own distinct fart. lol.
