If you mean Celiac, it means you can't eat anything with gluten in it. Unfortunately, that means a lot of breads and pastas. You'll have to start reading labels when you get groceries.

Celiac disease is were you cant eat gluten, which is in a lot of breads and pastas. Here are some examples of breads NOT aloud: white, wheat, and bagget bread. I hope this helps!
