what if my location is in kingdom of saudi arabia there is no saudi arabia in the location or country list?

If what you mean is when you want to subscribe your address when shopping online or registering on a website that requires a Postal Address and Saudi Arabia is not included, then you must subscribe to a mailbox in the US or UK or bahrain. Whatever you prefer. For example, if you want a mailbox in US of UK try Shop & Ship service from ARAMEX or other shipping service providers.
