In the last couple of years, I have experienced times (abo 3 times/yr) when I have been walking and suddenly feel so faint (nauseated, disoriented, ears buzzing) that if I don't immediately sit down, I black out for a very short while... I was wondering if anyone had any similar experiences and what this could possibly be the result of. I have been to the doctors and am not diabetic, not taking any meds and eat healthily.... serious answers please.

I have experienced that 2 times before. The first time I was taken away in the hospital because my mom totally freaked out and called 911. Anyway the doctor told me that I was very dehydrated and that my blood pressure was low. To rule out anything else my doctor took blood, gave me a catscan and measured my heart rate. All of my tests came out negative for diabetes and a heart problem. So I would suggest drinking more water and when you get that dizzy, ear ringing feeling sit down and put your head in between your legs to get the blood flowing to your brain.

Sudden drop in blood pressure. Maybe some sort of vertigo, which can is caused by problems in the inner ear. Make note of what you are doing when this happens. Change in altitiude, like on stairs or escalator. Physical strain. Stomache cramps. Heavy breathing (hyper-ventilating.) etc. Then give this information to your doctor.

"Might" be pernicious anemia a vitamin B-12 problem

In this situ, receptors can not absorb B-12

I went to 8 DRs before 1 did a blood test for B-12, 7 of them said I had the flu

Oh dear.

Since you've ruled out diabetes, you might want to check your heart and blood pressure. Or try drinking more water: Sometimes what you are experiencing is a sign of mild dehydration.

Good luck!

It could be a heart condition called Tachyarrhythmia. I just had a friend diagnosed with this and she was having unexplained fainting spells, she was other wise healthy.

Man that doesn't sound good, did your doctor want you to go see a specialist, maybe you need a second opinion.
