You can't!! Dont even try.. A consumer unit is designed for single phase/ 2 wire/ 240 volts. If you have a 3 phase suppy you need 3 phase switch gear. Since it appears you know nothing about it, don't touch, or you may end up dead!!!
Especially ignore SKGR I suspect he is trying to kill you! I've never read so much crap on this site before, and there's been loads!!

In theory you can 'peel off' one phase of the 3 phase and that will behave just like mains power.
That is L1 of the three phase is the same as your 'active' brown wire in the mains and N is the same as your 'neutral' blue wire in the mains. You need to find out what type of 3P power you have though as American and UK and European are all different and you risk blowing your consumer unit if you get it wrong.
3P is designed to carry a heavy current load. I wouldn't do it unless you know what you are doing.

You need a Line tester,if you must have it to connect.
There will be 3 wires or 3 inlets in the wall socket.
That which gives light is the power point (Red wire)
You have 3 wires to be fixed in the plug, which goes in to the wall socket.
There are 3 points to take the wire in the plug.
Connecthe red wire to the left by inserting the naked 1/4 in wire in to the point & tighten the screw tightly.
To the left goes the black wire like wise.
The green goes to the top like wise.
Cover the plug with the cover of the plug & screw tight.
Now plug to the wall socket. After checking with a Auto Main tester.Which has 3 red lights,it must show the left & right lights, which means all OK.( the middle red light must not glow)
So you need a Line tester & Auto Main tester,if you have, then do it.Otherwise there will be problem,a electric shock if you are not standing on a fully dry rubber mat.
Take Care.
PS.
Red wire pin to go in to the hole in wall socket, which gave you a light with the line tester.

Get a qualified electrician to do it for you. If you try to do it yourself and it goes wrong the consequences could be disastrous both for yourself, others around you both physically and financially. Apart from all that it is illegal for a non-qualified person to do any electrical work at all.
