know how you feel had a craving for subway for ages after returning from Canada when i would eat at the creekside subway at whistler most days. i craved subways all the time. later traveled to see my brother in pattayer Thailand and was drawn to the subway at the start of walking street every day. i think my compulsion was due to the smell of the subway shop, we have one in tonbridge where i live at the moment and i can not pass without thinking of whistler, maybe you associate subway with a great or memorable time of your life as i do, this draws you to subway on a regular basis.

smells bring to the forefront memories, hopefully good
live the dream
keep smelling or eating subway if it keeps you happy

Something healthier like a grilled chicken breast or maybe a vegetarian sandwich. Salad is good too, but beware of the fats in dressings, oils, bacon, etc.
Subway may be 'better' for you, but it can still add up. I'm being 'bad' and having veggie pizza today!

Is there a Chipotle restaurant near you? They have excellent food and it's better for you than a greasy burger! Or Noodles&Co.... Personally I'm having a salisbury steak with french fries and gravy... Yummmm! Enjoy yor lunch!

Do you have a place called Backyard Burgers where you live? If so they have an AWESOME chicken club salad with chicken fingers and honey mustard...mmm so good!

Do you have Moe's in your area? Their south-west menu is so wonderful! I'm going for supper and my favorite is the "I Said Posse" (yum-O) The restaurant's decor is fun and the menu is HILARIOUS! Go to www.moes.com to see if you have one near you!
