Antioxidants in Dark Chocolate
Dark chocolate -- but not milk chocolate or dark chocolate eaten with milk -- is a potent antioxidant, report Mauro Serafini, PhD, of Italy's National Institute for Food and NutritionNutrition Research in Rome, and colleagues. "Our findings indicate that milk may interfere with the absorption of antioxidants from chocolate ... and may therefore negate the potential health benefits that can be derived from eating moderate amounts of dark chocolate."

Not yet, but I have a feeling that the more I eat, the more I'd like it.
Hershey's special dark, and semi-sweet chocolate chips are about as dark as I enjoy right now. I think the darker chocolate will grow on me though.

My favorite, I have some everyday, just a little after breakfast. It curves my sweet tooth, as well as being an anti-oxidant, dark chocolate is proven to be good for you. Just don't eat too much,
