No, because God doesn't exist.

Considering if a person has a very close relationship with God, I would jump. The Lord has a reason for everything.
Abraham was told to sacrifice Isaac. It was a test of faithfulness. Anyone to claims Jesus as their Lord and Savior must be willing to stand on the edge of the cliff. If you can't, it reflects your lack of trust in God.

Yes.
Ever hear the story about a man who slid off the side of a cliff, and caught a root. He was all alone and knew he was going to die. There was no way to climb back up the side of the cliff. He prayed. "God, God please help me, I don't want to die." God said, "My child, do not be afraid, if you trust me let go." The man thought to himself, 'what?!? why would God say something like that, why would he want me to plummet to my death?!?' God said, "I will save you, my child, trust me, let go." The man was skeptical, he was afraid, and his arms were getting tired, he couldn't hold on much longer.
Finally, the man trusted God, let go, and landed on his butt approximately 15 feet to solid ground that led to a path back to the top of the cliff.
So, what we may see and understand to be true, may not be as it is. Trust in God is rewarding.

If I started hearing voices from God, I'd run away from the cliff and find myself a psychiatrist.

Depends on how high the cliff was and how deep the water at the base of the cliff was. Seriously though if *God* told me anything I would check my self into the nearest psychiatric hospital.

YES...and to the person who said God got Abraham to kill his son. READ it again, there was a reason God asked this of Abraham, when God saw he was faithful He stopped him from doing it. Therefore Abraham NEVER actually killed his son, the point of it was to foreshadow what God would have to do with His own son for the redemption of sins for mankind.

She would only ask that of you for a good reason, like to save someone from drowning in the sea below, so I might say to her, "Seeing as you're going to give me angel wings eventually, could I try them out here first?"
But seriously, if anyone told me to stop wearing a cross (not that I choose to do so every day), they would have to give me a good kicking first.

God never askes us to do things like that - He might ask us to trust Him and do something in our lives - like take a new job, get out of a relationship, give to others - stuff like that

However......God would not tell you to do something that would cause you pain.
But...YES if God told me to jump off a cliff, then I would.

No. Because God wouldn't. I would heed who was talking to me, and I bet your bottom dollar it's not God, but satan.
Wanna know why? Because satan tempted Jesus with the same thing in the wilderness.
