I recently relocated from Columbus to Chicago, but decided to leave my car in storage since I use the CTA and Metra here for cost-effectiveness. However, I miss my car, and I want to bring it up here. The thing is, the cars around here have almost the entire driver's side corner of the windshield covered in stickers. I live just north of Lincoln Park, and south of Roger's Park and Loyola University. I know I need to get my plates and registration switched over as well as update my IPass info, but what else?

Do I need a city sticker even though I park in a gated lot? Will I need a permit for my area? Do I need to get an emissions test like I did when I bought it in Ohio? I drive an 01 Honda Civic LX manual in near-perfect condition, and it's an ULE vehicle anyway.

I've already check the DMV site and it's not very user-friendly, nor does it say anything about requirements by address, city, or region. It also says nothing about emmissions testing, so maybe I can assume it's not necessary?
