Hi guys!

I'm just writing this because I want to ask if you like to use natural or live bait when you fish.

If you do, I wanted to refer you to this website, and let me know what you think.

Do you think it looks like a good magazine? Would you be interested in it? What articles would you like to see in it?

Or any other ideas or opinions you might have would be appreciated as well.

Thank you!

Interesting theory of live bait catching more and bigger fish. I disagree. The longest standing freshwater world record bass was caught in 1932 on Montgomery Lake,GA by George Perry. A 22.4lb largemouth bass caught on.....you guessed it....an artificial lure known as a Creek Chub Perch Scale Wigglefish, his only lure.

Here's an actual photo of Mr. Perry and the monster bass.

I thought the site you provided was nicely done and informative. I'm sure others will enjoy reading all it has to offer.

I fished with both but prefer artificials. Live bait will catch fish when they aren't biting but the ease of tying a lure on and going at it is better than always having to put fresh bait on the hook.

I use nat bait and artificials. They both work at different times. I have found times when I drop live bait or dead bait in front of a fish they won;t even look at it but I drop a fly or swim bait in there and it's fish on! other times it's just the opposite. Bait is bait. Live, dead or artificial, they all work for different times.

I only use live bait in the winter otherwise i use artificials. Fish dont want to chase bait much when the water is really cold so live is best.

I fish mostly with crappy jigs, they are made for crappy fish, but them bass eat them up like crazy. rooster tails are very effective too, so are king spinners.
