its sounds like you might just be about to have a black out like you can see everything then vision gets narrower and fuzzy then just when it about to all black out then you return to normal. does your head feel fuzzy or dizzy then it's that you nearly fainted (black out). there's fluid in our ears that keeps our balance when thats disturbed you can get dizzy. this can be due to high or low blood pressure also so get that checked out

There is nothing wrong with you this happens to me too it is just your eyes adjusting to the different lighting and the fact that you have been sleeping for a long time it takes it longer to focus....if you are doing it more than a few minutes after you wake up then i would be concerned but not for a few seconds...good luck

drink lots of water and stay away from high sugary foods, you need to keep hydrated and stay away from foods which give you a short burst of energy such as sugary sweets. drink water even when you are not thirsty, try for 8 cups a day and eat fruit which is of a natural sugar and will not cause the low sensation after sugar wares off.

Well when your sleeping. Your body lets out a paralyzing enyzme or something to your brain. Then it paralyzes your body so you cant move while sleeping in deep sleep. Only until that phase is over then it can ware off.

If you stand up too quickly, blood will rush from your head to your feet and cause that. It will make you dizzy too.

I think that is very strange. I would see an eye doctor or doctor. you should have it checked. I think diabetes can cause this.
