NO DO NOT LAY IT ON ITS BACK.

You have a high chance of breaking the Mirror.

Put a blanket and some foam and lay it on its front.

Yes, you can. But don't put anything on top.
In TVs, most of the protecting foam is in the bottom and top of the box.
