I don't think other people know what help you need. You want to speak to someone on Skype? Good idea. But beware, even though this is a UK site, we get a lot of Americans visiting. They talk and spell slightly differently (you need to find out if it matters or not).

I have a secret trick to do well in oral language exam (don't tell anyone though): When I did my O level French, I had a French student to help me: I prepared some speeches (interesting topics) and had him to translate them for me into colloquial French and when I had memorised them by heart, I had him to improve my accent. On the day, I just fluently led the examiner to discuss what I had prepared. After the exam, I asked her in French if it was all right for me to speak English now. She was so impressed, she said, "Your French is so fluent anyway, why does it matter which language you speak?!" It worked like magic!

Well, you can try that. Good Luck!

PS I don't have Skype.
