Just because she kept on a couple pieces of clothing,doesn't mean it was all innocent,so your question would depend on if yous were faithful to your Buddy!

Buddies indicate more than one and this sounds not good. Perhaps you made a mistake in letting her spend the night so just tell her so and tell her politely to leave.
