Some bugs can extract fluids from the blood stream, so even if your are not ingesting anything you would still have diarrea. This is the case in Cholera. I not saying that you have cholera but keep hydrating yourself.
Drink plenty of fluids!!!!!

You must have really eaten alot the day before.
It does take a long while normally to completly digest food, but if you want to speed things along then I would suggest drinking lots of fluids. If this dosn't work, and you discover that you are turning inside out, then seek medical help.
Of course you could try drying yourself out. Eat and drink nothing for days and see what happens but I wouldn't recomend it.
Perhaps you are generateing diarrhoea on some sort factory level. Maybe you have inadvertantly become some sort of diarrhoea machine? You could hire yourself out to methane producing factories, heck, you could even get paid for it.
Seriously, all the best and drink lots of fluids.

Food can stay in your digestive tract for quite some time. Just your large intestines is over 22 feet long!
If you have ever had to have a colonoscopy and taken the nasty "Golightly" stuff, you could see that the stomach and digestive tract holds a lot of waste and can take hours and hours to be cleaned out.

Your body is over 90% water and when you get diarrhea you can easily become dehydrated because you are losing fluids. These are fluids that you not necessarily ate or drank but your reserves. Be very careful and check with your doctor if it lasts more than 2 days.

It's probably either something you ate yesterday or a little bug in your intestines. Try some imodium AD. Usually one dose does not. Pepto Bismol is also a choice but not if it's the flu, very bad if it's the flu.

Most of what you are excreting is liquid. Drink water mixed with a little salt and sugar to re-hydrate your system. Eventually you will flush yourself.
