sure can. it wont sound good. but thats not cause its a 150 watt amp, its cause its a Alipne sub.

you can but you will lack any real bass or response from the speaker. You need to really push a sub at at least RMS so it sounds right. Thats kinda like driving a Lambo in a school zone all the time... Let me give you some prices on a amp

It is possible but you will not get the sound you desire. you will need someting close to the 500watt RMS rating to get a sound that is at least sustainable with the music.

you can hook up any sub to any amp, its just know how much gain to turn up on the amp. if you have to much gain on a small amp youll blow the sub.
