First of all, do you want to fix your relationship or refuse him?
If you want to refuse him, talk to him and tell him that you just want to be friends with him. It will be hard for him (maybe) but if he really loves you, he'll respect your wishes.
If you want to fix it, try to avoid making arguments and be on good terms with one another.
Most of all, just try to discuss with him. I'm sure you can come up with some plan to help you and him.

Stay clear of this guy! It seems like he is just using you till he finds someone else that catches his eye. He dumped you and then got with another girl just to get dumped and now wants you back. Yeah that doesnt sound right. He would have to do some serious A** kissing for me to even think about giving him a second look. Dont waste your time on this loser. You can do much better and be alot happier. If he did it this time what makes you think he wont try this stunt again. Just dont bother to find that out. Hope I was helpful!

If you go out with him, you're just telling him it's okay for you to be his rebound, that it's okay to step all over you. Girl, where's you're backbone? Tell if he wanted you, he would have never left you, for the next best thing.

you do not need to be his back up plan.He had a shot with you to make the best of it,he blew it,and you should not take him back.Their are plenty of other guys out there who would love to be with you,you just haven"t met them yet.
