That's how I usually make it. You can either boil the water first and then put the teabag in after you take the water out of the microwave, or if you like it stronger like I do, I nuke it with the bag in the water. About 1:40 and it's perfect to drink without having to let it cool down first.

Sure. Put the tea bag in a cup / mug of cold water. Put it all in the microwave for about 3 minutes - but be careful 'cause it will be real hot when you take it out.

If you did, why are you asking? But to clear it up here goes:
Put water in cup
Put cup in microwave
Boil water in cup for 30 seconds
Remove cup from microwave
Insert tea bag in cup, let steep for 1 minute
Remove tea bag
Drink tea
