Its a good machine , but its kind of boring. It take a while to learn how to get results. The first few sessions don't seem to do much until you get stronger and more flexable.

It's worthless.esp. It gives no cardiovascular or any other kind of workout of any kind. Save your money. Go to a thrift shop and buy one of the many good, hardly used exercise machines there. Something basic like a stationary bike or a stair stepper, maybe even a treadmill if you get lucky. Even some exercise videos and/or an aerobic step. Don't make charlatans like Tony Little rich.

Good for you for thinking about ways to become or stay fit.

crappy machine, the only things this will do is cause injury..and the only muscle it really works are your hip flexors and if done wrong you can overstretch them. I went on one for about 10 minutes and just did not like and thought it was not very stable, it felt like it was going to tip over.
