I started college recently and I don;t have enough time to go for a run as I did during vacations. I can only go 4 days, Mon, Wed, Sat and Sun. Is running for 1 hour 4 days a week enough to maintain weight? I used to do it everyday , but it is not possible for now.

I think it is, but again all depends on what you are eating. I know in college it is hard to keep healthy foods around, it is easier to get junk food. so watch out.. watch your calories and fats....
