No, I think you better wait, the IRS have copies of all your W2 forms and if you don't declare them, you might get in troubles with them..♦

You can usually use the last paycheck of the previous year to get most of the W2 info you need, but you need things like the employer's federal and state tax id numbers. If you haven't changed jobs, it will be on last year's W2. Some companies have your W2 available for download to be used for filing electronically. Make sure you save the hard copies when they do come in, in the unlikely case of an audit.

No, you cannot file your taxes without having all of your W-2's. If February 15th comes and you still don't have all of them then you can create a Substitute W-2 using your last pay stub and file using that.

make sure you have all of your w-2 forms when you file that way you get it all done once the way it is supposed to be done
