I'm very short (5'0"-5'1"), 16, weigh about 116, am in 2 sports a year, moderately strong, eat right (haven't had pop in forever) and would like to have defined abs (like a 6-pack...except maybe 4 cuz I'm a girl and yeah)

I know I have muscle, I can feel it. I would just like to have stronger looking abs. I do crunches every night (on average about 300 a day)


Any exercise suggestions?

Men do crunches to force ab muscles outward. Women do crunches while sucking in.

Try doing twisting exercises and flex your stomach during idle time like in class and while running.
