Fair enough? God created all and we are at our current state due to evolution... (run with me here, O fellow Atheists)
That being the case, seeing as we have evolved to survive in our current environment, it MUST BE the same for Satan - in fact, He has had even more time to evolve and adapt to His surroundings than we have to ours.
That being the case, that means that Satan has adapted to the torturous heat of hell fire and brimstone, and he no longer suffers, right??? And, seeing as Satan is wanting us to be part of his army, is wanting us to be evil, then it is most likely that when I am cast into Hell, I will be welcomed, not tortured... So I cannot see Hell as a place of infinite torture - instead, I see it as a large party where every single "vice" is available for me to experience for eternity...
Yo fellow Atheists....once you bend their religion to your own self-serving needs (as they have), its pretty cool!! Come give it a try!!

True, true - Satan doesnt have a body...neither will we when cast into Hell - so what part of me is able to experience pain, seeing as I no longer possess a body with nerves and a brain to sense pain??
Geez, even trying my best to bend it to suit me...logic still punches a hole in it. Go figure...

The problem is that you are asuming that an existance that is by all religious defination a spiritual one would be devoid of physical pleasures!
As for the adapting to torture idea there are really two options there. First as you pointed out one could learn to enjoy the pain much like massicists enjoy pain. The Second is that a person would go insain from the suffering. There is a third option and that is death!
Now back to reality!
There is absolutely no evidance to support that any of these ideas are nothing but delusions created by man. Just as the belief in a God is delusions of man!
It is time people wake up and realize that none of this is real!
THERE IS NO GOD!!

Your understanding of evolution is as flawed as your understanding of the Christian religion.
No single creature evolves into something else. Evolution is an event that takes place over several generations by natural selection causing traits that ensure survival and replication to be reinforced. After generations of this selection, you will see creatures that have found a place in the world and an appearance that are different from the original parent creature years ago.
Satan can't evolve, but if people are having kids in hell, maybe someday their kids would grow to appreciate the smell of brimstone and the extra heat. But Satan and damned people from earth wont!
I'm not going to try to correct your religious shortcomings--take a long hard look at the world around you without the prejudices you have adopted and the truth will become self-evident. Once you have your eyes open then you can try to find the deeper meaning of Christianity.

Well actualy if you read the Christian bible (Which sometimes I wonder if many do this anymore...don't get me wrong some of you really love your religion and read your bible, and I respect that...But you have people that don't know one thing about what they "believe")
It states that when you die, you're dead and remmbered by god in his memmory. I really wish I had a bible to qoute this, but alas, I do not so if someone else would be so kind as to help me out here? If they know what i'm talking about. Anyways, it goes on to say that after the rapture and the apoclypse and all that fun stuff, that god will ressurect all the people who have ever died, he will then place his judgments, those that he deems sinners are cast into the lake of fire and ash along with satan, and those who he deems faithful will join him in paradise, as heaven and earth, at that point will have become one.
It's rather interesting because according to the bible the true evils of the earth are locked beneath the earth. Some historians have claimed that this location is the pyramids of Giza?
But yeah, if hell was like you said I'm sure it would be one big party xD

Unfortunately, you are wrong. First, satan is not burning in the fires of some hell, as you say. He was put behind Christ and there he stands still today, until he is kicked out by Michael, and sent down here to earth, pretending to be Jesus Christ - to deceive all those so-called christians who are biblically illiterate, and simply don't know he's coming first, before Christ.
So, in a way, I guess you are right about one thing - you will be certainly welcomed by him. He will do the same with you that he did with Christ - he'll promise you the world if only you will worship him. But he won't be around long enough to deliver on his promises.
There is no hell in Scripture where you are tortured forever - its a blotting out of existance. Turned to ashes from within - the only thing that is forever, is the smoke that rises up forever and ever.
Thats a hebrew idiom that just means gone, finished, done.

Sooo, what exactly is your question? All I read is some self-congratulation for your own poor attempt at being clever. Humans do not evolve to their environment, they ADAPT. And, Satan has not yet been cast into Gehenna; that comes at the Judgment. Until then, Satan is free to travel the Earth. Read Job chapter 1.

See, this is what I am saying. You say your an atheist. obviously you are, because if you knew the bible you would know that the devil roams the earth and is not rotating on a spit in some BBQ pit.
also as one answerer put it, he is not physical. man was created approximately 6000 years ago. I doubt he has evolved a heck of awhole lot since then, How long do you think God is going to give satan to rule? thousands of years?

I can't. Every time I try to do anything with their religion, my throat starts to close and I sneeze uncontrollably. I think I'm allergic to it.
I see what you're saying, though. If Hell existed, it would be be most unwise of Satan to mistreat such an enormous legion of potential followers. Could be quite the party. The only thing is that Satan (as a deity) wouldn't need to evolve, and neither would we, because our "souls" we would no longer inhabit physical bodies (cough). I don't see where the suffering would come from, if neither God nor Jesus (non-existent) inhabit that particular (non-existent) realm.
I don't know, it's fun in a way, but too intellectually offensive to me to try and twist this crap into anything interesting, let alone useful. It's sort of like garbage art.

It also thoroughly contradicts the concept of free will. If god already is conscious what i am going to attempt this implies i will not change it. i will not pick what i am going to do tomorrow. for this reason, i'm no longer responsible for everytjhing. i'm only a deterministic automaton. And so ought to no longer be punished.

Unless Satan has respawned himself over millenia, allowing natural selection to decide which of his spawn survived, then there would have been no opportunity for his DNA to adopt any possible mutations steeling him against the heat and proximity to fire.
In addition, just because he wants you in hell, doesn't mean he wants to be nice to you in hell. What else would a Satan want to do besides torture and harm?

Yes, God is real and evolution is real. However, evolution happens over thousands of generations. You cannot evolve yourself, nor can Satan, if such a physical being existed. However, since Satan in al allegorical sign used to refer to the insistent self, that argument doesn't stand anyway.
