on Monday, Wed, Friday i focus on my arms and stomach intensively. On Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday i work on legs and back (upper and lower). Every day i do cardio. Sunday is rest day.

i think this will let the muscles of each group time to work hard, then rest, the work again well. IS THIS GOOD?

that sounds good.. don't forget shoulders.. unless you're considering that upper back.. just stick with it.. don't work hard a month then slow down and jump back on the intense workout.. make sure it's something you'll be able to do each and every week..
