i need some advice/support off you guys. I dont know how to make myself feel better. Ive started to join a kickboxing class which i find nerve wracking. I have been temporary promoted which is stressing me out. I am sad as i have no bloke yet if im feeling this im probs giving out wrong vibes to people in the first place.

I feel im being very closed in and not letting anything out of my personality to anyone even though i am fun and friendly. I feel im letting off wrong vibes to people and thats why they dont approach me as much. I dont seem to get know many of the peeps in my office due to my shyness. I want to be fashionable with my clothes but every time i go in a changing room i feel fat. What can i do to build my confidence up as everytime i try something ruins it again

You've got to like yourself before anyone else does start concentrating on the positive be nice to yourself . Don't worry about no bloke yet,if he's out there he will come to you but if you try to hard he may be the wrong one. love yourself and the world will love you. if you are fat (really) don't beat yourself up about it everyone loves Dawn French and she's not exactly small is she?

hi think the classes are good stick with it ,the more you go the more you will get use to it and you will start to relax and maybe make new friends ,start going out more get one of ur good friends go buy ur self a really nice out fit get some one who works there to tell u the ture go get ur hair done and make up that will help u feel sexy ,and go for a nite out just let ur self go not to much you not want to get really drunk that u dont now what ur doin thats not good and dont be bothered about what people think off u ,just a enough to make u feel a bit more relaxed ,you sound like u dont now who u are u need to sit back wirte things down about ur self good things at u can think off and the bad ,i dont think ur givin off wrong vibes its just what ur feelin like at the moment ,make ur self feel better and then u wont notice things like ur given of the wrong vibes ,and stop worring what everyone else thinks of u ur u and they dont like they dont need to talk to u there plenty of people in the world good look hope u sort things and u feel better soon good luck hun xx

Firstly, leave the kickboxing class. Lots of people think they are fat, even my skinny friend does! You just need to try and ignore the fact and instead of maybe comparing yourself to skinny celebritys watch supersize me! It makes you feel much better about yourself, trust me! Fashion advice depends on how old you are. If you are a teen or young adult try footless tights or jeans tucked into boots. If you are middle-aged try denim jackets, patterns and stuff.
