Get a tax accountant's help. You may be able to compute the tax as described in the previous answers, and yes you can call 1-800-829-1040 but you'll be on hold forever. If you're looking to catch up a professional will be able to assist with the many options that are available like an offer in compromise, computing late payments, penalties, interest etc... The IRS makes LOTS of mistakes and to someone who does not know it can seem daunting!

Call the IRS and ask. They'll be happy to tell you. Normally if you owe back taxes, they'll already have been in touch with you.
