When I play soccer or tennis for like an hour and a half, occasionally my calves start cramping up. What can be done about that?!

about 2 spoon fulls of pickle juice about 30 mins before playing.. trust me, it works..

drink pleanty of water afterwards and it might be a good idea to strech after any activities.
