Sugar Snap peas are the BEST for stir fry & yes you can use frozen veggies too! I love using frozen bell pepers... they are delicious, much cheaper than fresh & perfectly cut for stir fry! yummy!

I usually start with a little fresh garlic, sliced really thin. Next, I go with sliced carrots, onion and green bell pepper. Once they are a little tender (a minute or two), I put in fresh or frozen broccoli florets (I prefer fresh). The last veggies I put in are the peapods and bean sprouts; baby corn and water chestnut can go in as well.
I found frozen veggies to be OK, except that they tend to add more water to the mix.
When I make chicken, beef, or shrimp stir fry, I add it with the broccoli.
Hope this helps.

Bok Choy is always good, so are snow peas. And fresh garlic and freshly grated gingerroot. Throw cashews and chicken together. I wouldn't use frozen vegetables as the water content in them will make your stir fry "soggy". Cut your veggies on the bias, and use a high temperature oil...like peanut oil. Mushrooms, mung beans, prawns and pork are good. Pork and mandarian oranges are good together. Strips of beef with green peppers are good. So are pineapple and chicken. Be creative.

I use frozen stir fry vegies all the time, they are great, especially if you are busy, as most of us are. Just rinse them in a colendar and allow to partially defrost, so you will not add water to your stir fry. Add at the last minute , just long enough to warm the vegtables.

Put in vegetables that YOU like. You could put in carrots, peppers, zucchini, celery, broccoli, mushrooms, cabbage, squash, or even cauliflower. Put in the type of vegetables you would enjoy eating together. I also reccomend using some sort of meat (shrimp, chicken, beef, pork, fish) or if you are a vegetarian I reccomend tofu. Another yummy ingredient to add is some spicy noodles or some brown rice. :D Good Luck!

Stir Fry is one of my favorite meals. Sounds like u got a good start to it, although I have never treid a few of them in mine. My favorite things in stri fry are pea pods, and broccoli...its the best and I highly suggest it. The ends of it suck up all the flavor, its great. Try that out.

Chinese cabbage is available in most grocery stores and maybe some green onions would be good too. Most any vegetable that stays crispy and does not contribute too much moisture would be good. I haven't heard of using frozen vegetables. They might be too soggy.
